Gator is the foundation of Fraquelli's G'Force Retrievers/ Hunting*Pointing Labs. Whelped 4/20/2004; Gator is 70 lbs., BLK factored, OFA good, CNM clear. Owner Frank Fraquelli has been working with Gator extensively since six months old; showing intense prey drive and a solid natural point. "Gator has taken me into the world of Pointing Labs. I had not planned on the point, but Gator showed me that it was the way he was determined to hunt. He has proven himself in the real world of wild bird hunting and is used as a guide dog for some preserve hunting. He has done waterfowl, upland, HRC, and APLA hunt tests with consistantly good work." --Frank.
Totally amateur trained, Gator has a hard point, great marking and an unbelievable drive. He has become quite accomplished in UKC/ HRC hunt tests, passing 21 straight, including 14 finished passes. Gator's first APLA arena he passed the pointing certification test on his first try, then moved up to master the next day. Gator is the second Michigan dog to ever pass an APLA master test!
